1 ½ oz dark rum

¾ oz lime juice

2.     In a cocktail shaker, combine dark rum, amaretto, juices, grenadine, and with ice cubes.

3.     Shake vigorously and strain mixture into the glass.

3 oz pineapple juice

1 oz lime juice

½ oz grenadine

Splash of sparkling water

1.      Rim a rocks glass with smoked salt.

2.      In a shaker, combine mezcal, juices, agave syrup, and angostura bitters with ice.

3.      Shake vigorously and strain mixture into the glass.

Zero-Proof Version: Harmonious Blend

3 oz fresh pineapple juice

1 oz fresh lime juice

½ oz agave syrup

2 dashes nonalcoholic bitters

Smoked salt for the rim

2 oz bourbon whiskey

1 oz pomegranate juice

½ oz maple syrup

½ oz fresh lemon juice

Dash of Angostura bitters

Orange peel twist for garnish

 

1.      Fill a rocks glass with ice.

2.      In a mixing glass, combine bourbon, juices, maple syrup, and bitters.

3.      Add ice and stir until well chilled.

4.      Light the peel on fire with a match to release the orange oils. Garnish the drink with it.

2 oz pomegranate juice

1 oz maple syrup

½ oz fresh lemon juice

Dash of nonalcoholic bitters

3.      Add ice cubes, shake vigorously, and strain mixture to serve.
